* What kind of area can the bouncer be set up in?
A: You will need somewhat of a flat grassy area this is clean of debris (sticks stones mud etc.) If you have a
sprinkler system please advise before we set up. You will need at least a 20X20 area with clearance
overhead, no trees or power lines. An electrical outlet needs to be within 100 feet. If you do not have an
electrical outlet near by you will need a generator.
* Can the bounce house be set up on pavement like a drive way?
A: Yes, Hard surfaces must be smooth and clean rough concrete surfaces are too abrasive for the bottom of
bounce house.
*Does the blower have to run the all the time?
A: Yes, the blower must stay running for the bounce house to be inflated.
* Can I pick up the bounce house myself?
A: For safety reasons all of the bounce houses must be delivered and set up by Ben's Bouncin Buddies. Due
to the sheer size of the bouncers (some are 300 plus pounds) Besides, its best to leave the work to us!
* How far in advance do I need to reserve the bouncer?
A: ASAP! As soon as you have confirmed a date for your party we highly recommend that you book you rental
for that date. If you have last minute plans to rent a bounce house or if you just found out about us or if your
other company is giving you grief give us a call anyway. We can not promise anything but a lot of times we
have had those last minute bookings and were able to get to the party on time. You never know unless you
call.
* What kind of deposit is required?
A: At this time we require at non-refundable deposit of $25.00. However should the bounce house be
canceled due to bad weather on the day of the rental this will be refunded!
* How many children can bounce at a time?
A: As a general guideline:
~ages 2 to 8............ 8-10 Children
~Ages 9 to 12..........6 to 7 Children
~Ages 13 to 16........4 to 6 Children
* What if it rains?
A: For safety reasons we can not put up bounce houses in the rain. If we do not put the bounce house up
then there is no charge. If the weather looks like it may turn foul, then we reserve the right to cancel,
reschedule or terminate the renal early (with a refund of course) Refunds will be based on the amount of time
used (prorated). Again safety is our main concern, followed by your satisfaction. Bouncers and bad weather
do not mix.
If weather looks like its taking a turn from good to bad or looks questionable and you decide to cancel please
call us as soon as possible.
* What are your payment options?
A: We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Credit Cards are accepted via pay pal. If you would like to use a
credit card please visit our products page. Please note: returned checks will be charged a $35.00 returned
check fee.
What do I need to do to reserve a bounce house?
A: 1. Set your party date.
2. Call us at 207-312-8383
3. Send out the invites, and be sure to put in there that there will be a bounce house from Ben's Bouncin
Buddies! Also they will need to bring socks.
4. The weekend prior to your scheduled rental we will call to confirm and give you an estimated delivery time
of when we will be there.

adjust the delivery time based on that days deliveries. We ask for time of the party to ensure that we have the
bounce house set up in plenty of time for the party.
